Alaska Gold Panning Trips

I am having a problem with my dad, he is ignoring my needs for usless things that he is doing?

my dad just got back from alaska 3 months ago.Ever since then, he and his brother paul have been taking these little trips to go gold panning. WE LIVE IN MASSACHUSETTS!!! His brother paul is a real cheapskate and would love to get some extra cash, but by dad is always in a good position. The only problem is that he is ignoring me more and more. He is already addicted to the computer. He never takes me on a father son fishing trip or to somewhere fun. He is obsessed. Even though I told him that it is worthless, he insisted that gold has been found in that stream at one point. I did some research, and it was in the 1700s. HOW CAN I GET THROUGH TO HIM THAT I EXIST TOO AND ARE MORE IMPORTANT THAN COMPUTERS AND MONEY!!!

So you tell your dad what he does is worthless, and you expect him to take you on fishing trips? I want you by my side all of the time too, if I had that same support.
