that is not for panning for riches . it is entertainment . and the money goes to upkeep the area . the goverment doesn’t pay for this . in fact the goverment takes a big a$$ bight out of the owners . all in hopes of taking over the land . so yes go and pay . i love to go there and i hate to see any more land be ruined in a better governmental BS attempt to conform to a so called better way of life in the industrial age . and should any one say i am wrong just ask the workers . and dont forget elephant head rock and fishers cave .
