I want to buy to buy another Hard Drive and Graphics/Video card. What one should I get?

I have an Ei System PC running Windows XP Home Edition Service Pack 2, and I want to add a second Hard Drive and update the Graphics/Video Card. Rather then buying all that stuff, buy a new computer, a 450$ oe from dell will be good enough for you, and in the end it will cost about the same anyway
