Gold Prospecting Ga

Gold Prospecting in GA LAWS?
I’m curious of to where to look to see the laws about prospecting in GA. I would like to include these three items, panning, metal detecting and the desert fox. I would not be using a sluice or anything similar.
Don’t know what desert fox is. You shouldn’t have any legal problems, but you will certainly have to get permission from property owners. There are places in Dahlonega where you can pay a fee and prospect. I don’t think there is any public land where it is worth the trouble to pan.
